Notes

This galaxy is about 60 million light years distant and appears to be moving towards us.  It is one of the larger galaxies in the Vergo cluster of galaxies.

It is similar  in appearance to the Blackeye Galaxy M64.

On the left side is a dwarf companion IC 3583. The two bodies are gravitationally interacting.
